Ignorant That I Am

Of course, I didn't know personal statement essays were THAT of essence for university application. I don't know about here in Malaysia, but in the U.S. I found out they meant EVERYTHING. Services offering to write and/or critique essays for hundreds of dollars. Okay, I can deal with that--the pressure for Harvard or Yale is excruciating. Imagine if we have them locally here. Indeed, laughable.

In other terms, I need to revamp my personal statement essay. I could use one of those services now.
